Recently a regular Kwinana based client asked us to assist with the construction of a new storage facility at one of their sites. The structure was engineered for the storage of extremely flammable materials and required numerous specialist fixtures, fittings and construction techniques to safely store these materials. With the help of our regular surveyor and consultation with the client we constructed the store to ensure day to day operational procedures were kept functional whilst maintaining the full integrity of the initial design brief.

The contract required many actions to ensure the safety of the surrounding site as well as our own rigorous safety onsite management procedures. 

We undertook the work through a cost plus arrangement to achieve value for money and to deliver a quick completion of the contract.
